Located in a mansion building. A newly renovated lady's special shared guesthouse. One unit includes 3 rooms. Although rooms are small, there are 3 units in the same building so then tenants may contact each other very easily from 2F to 3F. Dryer and laundry machine are free to use. There is a bath tube set in the bathroom. Internet access of course is free to use as well.
It is located very closed to Shinjuku. Nearby there are many temples and other traditional senery which makes the district filled with Japanese atmosphere. At the same time, here is also the origin of anime and acting background which are considered as newly formed culture. Therefore, this place is also popular within youngers. The guesthouse is located in the residental area, but there is a shop stree extending from the station, which you may enjoy shopping over there. Takin a train to get to Shinjuku within 12 minutes, also you may walk to public library within 6 minutes. In a day off, you may enjoy walking around the nearby forest park.
